Sevastopol

In July 2005 the concrete plant of the Sevastopol affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine was commissioned.

The Sevastopol affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine is located on the same territory as the cement terminal of Yugcement. In August 2005 the concrete plant started production of high quality ready-mix concrete. Its output is about 100 cubic metres per hour.

Sevastopol affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine produces concrete on a new quality level. The fully automated process of production operated by a central processor means precise addition of components due to the recipe. The recipes used have been worked out by the technologists of the central laboratory of Dyckerhoff Ukraine in Kyiv with the support of specialists of Dyckerhoff AG in Wiesbaden (Germany).

Sevastopol affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine produces ready-mix concrete of wide range of grades from B 7,5 to B 35 that was not typical for Crimea before. An important feature for the region is hydroengineering concrete that has high frost-resistance not less than class F200 and is waterproof showing not less than class W6 - W8 according to the norms and standards. That is possible due to modern recipes and the usage of latest chemical additives.

The high productivity and ability to work 24 hours are also important features of our Sevastopol concrete plant. These facts along with the stable and high quality of concrete allow our customers to carry out complex building works.

For the delivery of concrete Sevastopol affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine uses own modern mixer trucks with the capacity of 10m³ as well as smaller ones with a capacity of 10m³. If needed our customers can order our modern truck mounted concrete pump.
