The Nikolaev plant of Dyckerhoff Ukraine is also equipped with a new concrete plant made in Germany with a fully automatic system of a Ready-Mixed Concrete production. All systems of the plant are managed from a central computer. To secure stable and uninterrupted energy supply a new electrical substation has been built on site.
The plant is certificated in Ukraine and is in correspondence to all quality and safety standards. Its productivity is 100 cubic meters of concrete per hour. The concrete itself fulfils all Ukrainian as well as European standards of quality.
Due to calculations based on the Ukrainian methodics of the definition levels of mechanization and automation of engineering processes the level of mechanization of the plant is not less than 97%. The high level of mechanization is reached by full automation and mechanization of all processes of production. This excludes spills and errors during production.
Following the ecologic requirements on the plant site a recycling plant was installed that allows the recycling of waste from the production process such as water that was used for cleaning trucks or the plant itself. Sand and crushed stone can repeatedly be used in concrete production. Due to this fact concrete production becomes almost free of waste and environmentally friendly.
The Mykolaiv affiliate of Dyckerhoff Ukraine produces ready-mix concrete of a wide range of grades from B 7,5 to B 35. An important feature for the region is that the plant can produce hydroengineering concrete that has a frost-resistance of not less than F-200 and is waterproof showing grades not less than W6 - W8. This is possible due to modern recipes and the usage of the latest chemical additives for concrete.
To deliver ready-mix concrete to the building sites our Mykolaiv affiliate uses own modern mixer trucks with a capacity of up to 12m³ and smaller mixer trucks with the capacity of 8 to 10 m³. In case of need customers can order our modern concrete pump.
