Portland cement PCА
Portland cement for the production of asbestos-cement products grade 400.
- It is made on a basis of chalk and of loam of Zdolbunov deposit which geological structure consists of deposits of cambrian, cretaceous, palaeogene, neogenic and quaternary. Unique chemical properties of raw material enable the plant to make cement of unique properties.
- The cement consists of 100 % clinker of a special standardized mixture (3,0<C3A≤8,0) and is produced according to the norms established by “TU V 26.5-00030937-014-2001”.
- The quality of each party is checked by tests of our laboratory accredited by the Ukrainian centre of standardization, metrology and certification. All chemical, physical and sanitary parameters proved by corresponding documents. Certificated by SEPROTSEM Institute Kharkov city.
It is used:
- asbestos-cement roofing plates, pipes and others asbestos-cement products.
- various building mixes.
- concrete in industrial and private construction.
- ferro-concrete products with increased requirements to durability.
- concrete in monolithic construction.
It is characterized:
- Non-polluting - contents of alkali in the cement converting in the Na2O up to 1%.
- Radiation quality - 1 class according RBNU-97 and DBN-97.
- Stability of all parameters.
- High development of early strength.
