Oil-well portland cement with mineral additions for normal temperature.
- It is made on a basis of chalk and of loam of Zdolbunov deposit which geological structure consists of deposits of cambrian, cretaceous, palaeogene, neogenic and quaternary. Unique chemical properties of raw material enable the plant to make cement of unique properties.
- The cement consists of 84-94 % clinker KT-1 and on 6-20% of hydraulically active mineral in this case blastfurnace slag.
- Produced according to the norms established by GSTU B.V.2.7-46-96 building materials. cements for common building purposes. (conditionally corresponds to DIN 11641, EN-196).
- The quality of each party is checked by tests of our laboratory accredited by the Ukrainian centre of standardization, metrology and certification. All chemical, physical and sanitary parameters proved by corresponding documents. Certificated by SEPROTSEM Institute Kharkov city.
It is used:
- For cementation of oil, gas and other boreholes which temperature does not exceed 50 °C.
- for building of underground constructions.
- as common building cement.
It is characterized:
- Stability of all parameters.
- Radiation quality - 1 class according RBNU-97 and DBN-97.
- Non-polluting - contents of alkali in the cement converting in the Na2O up to 1%.
- The possibility to use the cement as well as under sweet water as well as salt (sea) water.
